“Η κυρία Έλενα στη ρεσεψιόν με άπταιστα ελληνικά έτοιμη να λύσει κάθε πρόβλημα και να βοηθήσει τους πελάτες . Το ξενοδοχείο το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ καλό, καθαρό ,και το βαρύ πυροβολικό του είναι ο χορός του spa με τις πολλές πισίνας. ”

“Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine.”

“Very family oriented hotel. Friendly staff. Organized activities for the children. The SPA Center itself is not as large as in other hotels in the city, however it was very clean. I would have loved if there was a hot pool outside, but still, when it comes to value for money for the HB offer we used, it was superb.”

“Toilet not flushing, mould on the walls, 2nd room didn’t even have a bed, it was a fold out couch from last century, not possible to put any items from the bar on the room, reception tried to charge us for the night which we had paid for online”

“Internet is the room was very slow. Not sufficient for work and video conference. Thankfully no conference was in progress and I was able to use the conference facility for a day. This had higher Internet speed of 25Gb.Thank you to the manager for accommodating. ”

“Very nice hotel, very friendly people, nice spa facilities, average breakfast. They offerred bus to take us to the ski gondola for free and they even offered to take us after working hours. Enjoyed our stay as they upgraded us to a family appartment. Only issue is that the WIFI was not working well in the room. Big parking space near the hotel.”
