“Pleasant hotel with spa facilities in a quiet, green area. Staff was friendly, breakfast offered variety. The bed was a bit too soft, but overall the room was fine.”

The hotel stank of tobacco and the staff is generally quite rude and unhelpful. The location was the one positive thing about this hotel, as you can easily access shops and restaurants of Bansko.”

“Θα ξεκινήσω από τα θετικά γιατί τα αρνητικά είναι πολλά.Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα και ευρύχωρα,ευάερα και ευήλια.Η τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου είναι μεσα στο δάσος με πολύ ωραία θέα από τα δωμάτια,για τους λάτρεις της φύσης νομίζω ότι είναι το ιδανικό μέρος.Όμως το ξενοδοχείο είναι πολύ μακριά και από το κέντρο και από τις πίστες,χρειάζεται απαραίτητα μεταφορικό μέσον.Το πρωινό είναι χάλια,φτωχό και λιγοστό.Επίσης δεν θα έλεγα ότι είναι και πολύ καθαρό,μάλλον προς το βρώμικο θα το χαρακτήριζα.Τα spa……

“Best hotel in the area. Excellent facilities (SPA, restaurants and ski services). Superb location ( pretty much on the main ski lift). Outdated rooms. Staff experience varies: some are great (reception, concierge and breakfast), some are simply unpleasant, inefficient and outright seemed annoyed by their job serving guests…(especially the SPA and the lobby lounge)”
