“The staffs are extremely nice and friendly. Thank you Josh for help us out. The room is clean and we particularly appreciate wooden floor. The food are amazing. We had breakfast and dinner there during our stay. This hotel really left us a very warming feeling and happy memory from Wales. We will absolutely stay here again on our next visit. ”
“The staff were very polite and was very helpful nothing was too much trouble. Room was cleaned daily. Food was very good and varied.The only criticism was that the main lift was out of order whilst we were there so had to use the smaller lift which often made it a longer wait to get to our room.

“One night stay in Llandudno a favourite place of ours. Normally do as day trip but as good weather forecast decided to stay over. Room was at the top so lots of stairs to climb but great sea view so worth it. Comfy bed and spacious room. Fairly recently renovated but headboard already been damaged which was a shame. Shower tray quite slippery so shower mat would have been better. Loved the chocolate and good old flump with our hot chocolate in the evening. Slept well and was greeted by a seagull……
