The place was spotless, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. We stayed in downtown Wilmington, and everything—from restaurants to shops—was within walking distance. Highly recommend!”

Rob was an excellent host and the location is amazing! Views of the waterway, boats, the Riverwalk, and people just strolling! We parked the car and didn’t have to move it all weekend. We walked everywhere! We can’t wait to return and hope to stay at Rob’s place again! ”
