“Great place to stay and so convenient that we were sooooo close to Bourbon Street. Will recommend and would definitely stay again. Staff was great! We had an issue with our toilet and within 20 min they had maintenance come in and it was a fast fix. ”

“The room was huge, clean, and close to everything. Bourbon St, French Quarter, etc… It feels like a bit of a hidden gem. It’s off Canal St so the noise is a bit overwhelming sometimes. I would recommend bringing earplugs if you have need quiet to sleep. I was fine by my wife had to wear her AirPods to sleep. Joel is amazing! Great bartender and we loved talking to him. The staff really makes this place. ”

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
