The house was spacious - allowing everyone to have an area to gather as well as their own personal space. Lamar was very helpful - he gave us a short history of the home and made sure that we had access to him if we needed anything extra during our stay.”

“This is a great property with everything you need if you have small children and a pet. The property is clean and well equipped. The kitchen is fully equipped including with kid friendly cutlery cups and plates. There are toys galore,l, and children's picture books. There are yoga mats and a few pet toys as well There pet toys too”

“This is a great spot to stay in South Philly. Quiet street and neighborhood. Parking wasn't an issue for me. I was always able to park somewhere on the block. Anthony was a great host and reached out before and after our stay. Would definitely stay here again 5/5.”

“This property is in some bad shape and not ready for visitors. There were stains everywhere...the floors, the towels, the bedding, the walls, the ironing boards, even the iron itself. The flooring throughout this property is not level whatsoever. The cabinets are tilted forward from the walls. The door frames are skewed due to the poor renovation of the floors more than likely. The bathroom toilet is just a few inches from the bathtub wall which means you have to sit sideways when using the……
