My first room was without a window and although the management upgraded my stay to a bigger room with a window, it was not up to the standards, this was very disappointing. i think this entire hotel needs renovation from the ground up.”

“The room was booked for a patient in King Faisal Specialist hospital , just after booking within 30 mins i asked for a cancellaton as the DR advised the patient not to leave the hospital . since 7th March upto 13th March daily i was asking for an update . but the hotel is not at all responsive by fone or email , neither hotels.com nor i could reach them and they refused cancellation on such circumstances although i know the room was non-refundable - but as a exclusion the hotel could have……

“Lovely hotel, luxurious, bathroom starts to look a bit dated, shower did not work very well, rooms otherwise clean and well maintained , some rooms face a building, hotel was kind enough to live me to street facing room, which was then a but noisy at night with the traffic. Overall satisfactory, would be happy to stay here again. ”
