“Fantastic family run hotel. We stayed for 11 nights in August 2024 and were delighted with our choice. The hotel is a 5mins walk from the lake-side, which makes it close to all amenities but also far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. Breakfast & Lunch at the hotel were outstanding - but be aware, there is no evening menu (obviously there are very many restaurants nearby). Poolside is very clean and comfortable - plenty of sunbeds for all no matter what day or time. The only minor……

“We stayed at Prati Palai as part of our honeymoon, and it was everything! You can feel the attention to detail, the guests, and Bardolino culture. Our Jr. Suite was a massive size, which was perfect as we experienced some rain. We preferred to walk down to Bardolino and to other towns as well, but with plenty of parking, I know many guests drove and came and went. It truly was a relaxing and bucket list experience. ”

“All rooms have a lake view, either from a balcony or terrace. The rooms were very comfortable , peaceful and well appointed. Breakfast buffet was extensive and good quality. The swimming pool was "refreshingly" cool and the surrounding gardens well maintained and great for relaxation.”

“Allting var toppen! Personalen i receptionen var vänlig och väldigt serviceminded. Hela hotellet kändes nybyggt och superfräscht och modernt. Frukosten var god med färskpressad juice, olika kaffesorter, bröd, pålägg, kakor och fruktsallad. Ägg tillagades åt dig efter eget önskemål. Väldigt tyst och skönt på hela hotellet. Extra plus för karaffer du själv kunde fylla med vanligt eller kolsyrat vatten och ta upp till rummet. Superbra städat överallt. Ligger precis vid sjön och det finns några……

“What an absolute gem, we loved our time at Residence San Michelle. It was perfect from our arrival, as we approached and saw the stunning view for the first time and met the lovely helpful team on reception. We stayed in one of the Villa‘s which was well equipped, a good size and had the most amazing view of the lake. The only slight niggle is plugs, not all Italian plug sockets worked with our European adapters and so with multiple devices it was very difficult to charge everything. The pool……
