“Very nice room. Lovely location. The staff were not very pleasant. I inquired if they had any in room specials that I could add for my daughters wedding night and was told no but I could have something sent and they would deliver it to the room. When checking out the next morning they were given the gift basket. When my daughter called to ask a question about check in the clerk she talked to was very rude. The property itself was wonderful. Lots of restaurants nearby.”

“Right outside entrance to Dollywood but tucked away up on a mountain. Great place with plenty of room for the family. ”

“The location was great and it was easy to get a trolley to Dollywood at the station just down the hill. The little town down the hill was also lovely. The room itself was semi-renovated (the sitting area and bedroom were fine but the kitchen was still a bit tired). The areas in the stairwell were damp and musty smelling and some of the other areas just needed a bit of tending to in terms of sprucing them up - eg. the siding on the building and the mats and cobwebs on the fencing around the……

“The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.”

“It's far from the Great Smoky Mountains, the air conditioner had a problem the day we checked in, and they had it fixed later. But the hair dryer can't be used. The shower head sprays water out of the tub, and after a shower, you'll find water all over the floor and you'll have to clean it up. The towel is grey and I think other people have used it to wipe the floor and it's better not to use it.”
