“The property is nicely located but in need of updates. A lot of the lamps are plug in vs light switch and there were some flickering lights behind the TV. One lamp was missing a light bulb. No outlet in the bathroom for a hair dryer. The second bathroom is missing a door handle making it hard to open and close. We were unable to reach the ceiling fan chain without having to get on the bed, The Air Conditioner wasn't working on he first floor which made it a bit stuff but with open windows at……

“We stayed at the Vista for 2 night and loved it. It was quaint, clean, and the hotel staff were very helpful and friendly. It had a little patio out back with views of the beach. Some of the other rooms had balconies. The had free, very basic, breakfast outside under a tent every morning. Coffee, juice, fruit, hard boiled eggs, yogurt, croissants,. It was great for us but not if you want a hearty breakfast. Downtown was about a 30-40 minute walk but they also had a taxi for $10 you could……

“Pool was nice. Coffee in the morning was good. And all the staff were kind and informative. Stayed on a whim and will return to visit. Simple clean place.”

“Liked most everything. Sat on their private beach enjoying the great weather. Had a great meal in their restaurant. One negative: the lighting in the bathroom was too dim. Barely usable when looking in the mirror. The hall mirror had NO lighting whatsoever making it totally useless. ”

“This hotel is amazing! Beautifully setup inside and takes you back in time a little. Rooms are well kept and updated. Everything is clean and (this sounds so strange) it smells wonderful. They really take care of their spaces so well. The location is perfect. Right next to Salem Commons and across the street from all of the quirky shopping spaces. I had the best time running out at night and just walking around in circles. For anyone who is interested in the Hocus Pocus locations, the hotel is……
