“Wir hatten tolle große Zimmer mit viel Platz und Verbindungstür! Sehr nettes Personal am Empfang. Leider ständig laufende Kids aus dem Pool über den Flur im Erdgeschoss (laut!), wodurch dieser immer nass und dreckig war. Wahrscheinlich Ferienzeit.”

“very good golf courses. nice environment. hotel outlook nice but we took their cottages which was under par for equipment and up keep. services and food were good. busy golf courses, suggest to book tee time weeks ahead.”

“We needed to change rooms and the front desk staff were more than accommodating and did not hesitate to honour our request. To our surprise they moved us to the penthouse on the top floor of the tower facing Okanagan Lake with a beautiful view of the City and actually reduced our nightly rate for the extra night we stayed. Can’t say enough about the friendliness and accommodating nature of the front desk person. ”

“We had the Polynesian room wow huge lovely balcony and great shower. Bed very comfortable but I bring my own pillow always. ”
