“The location is great, 10 mins to the York station, and just next to the gallery and the York Minister. The room is spacious and clean. The receptionists and Staffa are very very friendly.”
“If you are not good at climbing stairs, or if you are carrying 2 or 3 suitcase with you, never book a room at 1st floor . My experience is that, after I have brought the suitcase up the narrow and winding staircase, I need to take a two-hour rest before I can have the courage to think about going out. Other than that, the hotel is comfortable.”
