“The hotel itself is really good, but located in the city center, there are so many homeless people and druggies that make me feel unsafe.”

“Welcome drink, complimentary cookies - sweet! Loved the deco. The cleansing products were a well-known brand from London. Breakfast was amazing, small cosy room, not many selections of food but everything was natural and fresh, gorgeous culinary & layout, very friendly staff, loved it! Located in a posh neighborhood, 2 mins walk to a park and several restaurants.”

“Lovely hotel and great experience. Only downside is that South Street gets quite rowdy on the weekend which you can hear in the rooms, but they provide ear plugs if you need them. ”

Unbelievable gym and lap pool, coffee service at no additional charge including cappuccino etc, staff so so accommodating, no charge car rides anywhere, and the rooms were so big and quiet. Plus, the facility is an art gallery, with amazing works displayed throughout. We will return often!”

“We came in for a family vacation the room was clean, a/c working, pool, all that we wanted from our hotel. Got a little turned around getting there, if coming on train, would recommend going to the suburban station a straight shot from Amtrak.”

“We booked this spot last-minute during an unexpected overnight layover in Philly and were so glad we did. The location in Old City was perfect—super walkable and felt very safe, even walking to grab a late-night Philly cheesesteak after 11pm on a Saturday. It was a little chilly, but still such a fun way to experience the neighborhood. The property itself was beautiful—exactly as pictured, but honestly even better in person. “The property was beautiful and Love the layout. but the bathroom floors were not clean there were foot prints all throughout the bathroom floors. And the Stairs were dirty and walls had stains on them … Probably just needs a clean wipe down… but it was very noticeable. Just being honest ”
