“入住前有詢問接送事宜，但可惜因為時差，無法有效溝通。入住手續單純迅速，房間大且乾淨，一開始以為燈光有問題，人員很快就來幫忙，房內的廚房很方便使用，可以自己簡單用點吃的。住宿一切都完美，只是隔壁房客實在很吵，半夜三點都還有吵雜聲，聽清潔人員說是辦結婚的人，因為我們是商務旅行，長途飛行後需要睡眠，但晚上常常被打擾到，甚至還被亂敲門，無法安穩休息。”

“The room is not cleaned every day! Attract customers with low prices, and then charge for floating rooms seven days ago! It's a scam at all ! The bed was too high and the chair wobbled! Toilet exhaust fan and air conditioner are too noisy!”

“The room was clean, comfortable and the bed was very comfortable. Onsite parking was very convenient though pricey ($49 for a night). I loved that I was able to walk to the Riverwalk, Navy Pier and the shops. Staff was helpful and friendly. The only negative was that it was noisy - our neighbors were very loud at 2:00a and woke us up. Then someone started to smoke weed and the smell wafted into our room - it gave me a headache. Finally fell asleep at 4:00a. ”
