“We had a wonderful time staying at Mark's place and visiting the NP. Mark is a great host and was invaluable in alerting us to the latest eruptions. Thanks to him, we were able to witness the eruption on July 9th, which was an amazing 1,200 foot tall fountain of lava. You can really tell that Mark put some thought into the cottage and its amenities. We had everything we needed for our visit. Highly recommended!”

“Great location for visiting volcano. Works well for a family. Best to grab groceries before arriving as stores are a bit of a drive. Pretty spot. ”

“This was the most unique and beautiful property. We loved its vibe and being able to pick some flowers from the yard! The only thing I would comment on is that there are many local roosters- nothing they have any control over. Some would love this feature but it does make it tricky to sleep on the morning!”

Communication was perfect and the extra touch of s’mores ingredients Ana pancake mix show Aaron cares about his guests. We started here on our 2 week vacation in Hawaii and enjoyed this part of the island. Definitely would stay again.”
