“Great staff and stay as always ”

“A lovely hotel, very relaxed and chilled. Beautiful pool with loungers. We had a balcony overlooking the sea, which was great. Fabulous breakfasts, lots of choices and evening meals were very good. We were very impressed by the staff who were all so friendly and helpful. If we go back to Jersey we’d definitely stay again. ”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the quality of the service, cleanliness, bar, restaurant, food etc etc. The employees were great too. However, the hotel is not ideal for someone that has impaired mobility or uses a wheelchair, because of steps within the common parts of the building and does not have a lift to access the upper floors' bedrooms. Whilst we were there, some decoration works were commenced indicating a recognition for ongoing maintenance is constant. The hotel would benefit from……

“The staff are lovely. Breakfast was very good. We had a sea view room, which was great ( opening patio windows). The bus stop is nearby and the service is regular. M&S food around the corner. Great value for money. ”

“Smooth checkin. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great breakfast! Twin room suited our needs queen sized beds would have been better but beds were comfortable. 5th floor room quiet. Restaurant used 2 out of 4 nights and food was very good. Great location. Walkable to bus station. Would recommend for couples, family etc. ”
