“I loved our stay here. It was so nice and clean, quiet, and well maintained. The room was spotless when we arrived and the daily cleaning service was great to have, they did a wonderful job. The pool and hot tub were great, the cafe in the lobby was a nice touch to my morning routine, I woke up around 7/8am and enjoyed heading down to grab a latte and sit in the lounge area to answer work emails. There was even ann employee who brushed the Ice and snow off our car and all the others in the……

“Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these……
