조식이 한식인데 김치도 한국에서 먹는 웬만한 수준 이상이어서 놀랬습니다.
다만 한국어가 가능하다고 되어있는데 잘 하시는분은 없고, 도로 바로옆이라서 아침에 차들이 시끄러운건 아쉬웠습니다.
그리고 주변에 점심먹을만한 현지식 식당 찾기가 어렵습니다.
전반적으로 만족하고 다음출장때도 이용하겠습니다.”
“From first appearance, this hotel seems to be clean and fancy. Upon further inspection and a one night stay, there were cockroaches in the room, breakfast was minimal and when scrambled eggs were requested, the staff did not seem to be receptive in taking care of the guests’ needs. Needless to say, scrambled egg was not made, and guest left the dinning area hungry and angry (hangry.)”
“Nous avons payé 25e/nuit pour la chambre double. Le point le plus positif est le personnel qui est vraiment très gentil et accueillant.
Cependant, il n’y avait personne pour s’occuper de nos bagages, nous avons nous-mêmes pris le chariot pour les descendre de la voiture (notre chauffeur nous a donné un coup de main aussi). Un bout d’un moment l’une des réceptionnistes est venue mais étant plus frêle que moi c’était compliqué pour elle donc j’ai préféré m’en charger. Au départ, personne pour les……
"We booked to stay here at the last minute and got a great deal online. Our check in was prompt and friendly and the room was clean with a balcony and good air con. We only stayed for one night but would happily have stayed longer, the roof terrace was great for a couple of happy hour beers and a tasty lunch. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but adequate for the price! Overall a great value hotel and in a good location to explore Hanoi."
"The hotel is in centre of old quarter, very crowded and busy traffic. You have to pay attention to the motorbikes and cars around in such narrow street. Night markets and many restaurants are nearby. (But not accessible during weekend nights when roads are blocked for pedestrian zones) The hotel room is smaller than expected, and not soundproof. Anyone passed by / speaking outside will easily wake you up. Yet, I should give credit to the hotel staff especially they are very kind and polite and will greet you every time. We had some issues in the bathtub and they are able to deal with it quickly and solve the problem."
