From check-in to the hotel’s convenient and safe location, everything met my expectations, and I’ve already recommended this hotel to friends and colleagues. However, on the day of my checkout, I had a disappointing experience at the Starbucks café located inside the hotel. I ordered an iced latte before heading to the airport, but was given a hot one……
