“I cannot say enough good things about this property and the owners. The house is in perfect condition and has every single thing you could possibly need during your stay. It’s a very quick walk across the street to the beach on a secluded street. A quick walk to a great playground and very close to everything the Cape has to offer. This was our second stay and will absolutely not be our last! ”

“We had the most incredible stay at this Cape Cod beach house! The location alone is unbeatable—the private beach access is just steps away, making it so convenient for families with kids.The home itself is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Everything feels high-end, from the appliances to the smart systems (the in-wall vacuum was such a cool touch!). The bathrooms and showers are gorgeous, and the bunk room was an absolute dream for the kids—tons of space and so much fun. We were……

“So many positives of this place: gorgeous view, plenty of space, easy access to beach—kids can play in sand footsteps away from deck. All four rooms upstairs have AC (saw a previous post saying only 3 but they most have updated since then). The two 1st floor bedrooms and basement room did not have AC and it was fine for the most part bc plenty of fans provided (however would’ve been hard if we had multiple hot days in a row).The only downside which could be easily addressed is as others have……
