“We were allocated with a room for disability on ground floor while we have not booked or requested for such type of a room during the booking. It is a bit strange to live on the ground floor as the room is next to the dining area of the hotel. Also, the room was stuffy with an unpleasant smell, the toilet was even worst as there was bad smelling from the drains. The smell lasted for whole night and we have to cover our nose everytime when we get into the toilet. This is absolutely unacceptable.……

“離地鐵公車大概5-10分步行， 在巷子裡，uber可能會找不到，要提早告知怎麼走， 飯店設施非常棒！ 一樓大廳有廁所，可以提早放行李，餐廳下午1400以後有免費bar可以喝咖啡吃點小點心，也有桌椅可以使用，這部分非常貼心方便！ 住宿環境還可以，每天都會打掃，行李空間略小，其他沒多大問題。 整體來說，非常推薦！”

“一家四口訂兩間房，早上9點就辦妥入住手續，寄放行李後出去玩，晚上回到飯店結果給了不同樓層且不同房型的房間，其中一個樓層的房間還沒電梯，也不是我當初預定的房型。詢問櫃檯人員只說客滿沒辦法。問題是我早上就辦好手續才出去玩，值班櫃檯人員仍不肯承認錯誤，很差勁的服務人員，不推薦這間飯店。”
