“Our stay at the Gallatin exceeded our expectations. We arrived early and were able to check in early. The complimentary coffee, water, and sparkling water in the lobby were a nice treat. The bed was very comfortable and the whole place was exceptionally clean. We weren't sure what to expect in the surrounding area but it was quite walkable with plenty of excellent bar and restaurant options. We will definitely be back!”

“I love the fact that this hotel helps the homeless. It is a very unique hotel. Very pretty. Our third floor sky light room was cute, a little tight but still very nice. Wish I would have known there was no elevator and that we were on the third floor, I would have requested a ground or second floor room. It was nice, however, that they do have an elevator for your luggage. That helped! Also the complimentary champagne and snacks and water were a very nice touch! ”

“All the hotel’s personnel were very friendly and greeted us every time we entered the hotel. They were very helpful. I have stayed in other hotels and never experienced such friendliness from the hotel staff as I did at the Residence Inn.”

“This is an excellent hotel if you want an easier and less crowded area to stay. The room was clean, parking was free, great, full breakfast and very comfortable beds. There is a shuttle every hour that can save you the hassle of parking in the downtown area.”

“The air condition of my room was broken. I told the counter several times. They told me it was fixed, but it only could reach 68 F when the coldest weather happened in the past 20 years.”
