“What a lovely place to stay so clean, friendly and homely loved eating in the conservatory very clean and light, breakfast was excellent we would rather choose what we eat in the morning and not preorder, we had a family room with a room in the middle which was great for our 2 teenagers they loved chilling on the massive beanbags, we would stay again, staff were all very friendly and helpful. We thought the beds would be better bigger and with a better mattress both were not great!”

“Hotel is an easy 15 mins walk away from the town centre or bus stops outside. Staff pleasant and very helpful. The room was large and clean but in need of an update. Easy parking in the hotel's car park. Breakfast is reasonably price but finishes very early at 8.30. Good cooked breakfast but other choices are limited.”

“This place was a hidden Gem amazing. The Venue was what I considered a Castle on the outside, and on the inside is a little more on the modern side with some touches of the old. Very nice and quiet. It was enjoyable.”

“Property was what we expected. Only niggles I’ve got are: Beds in the second bedroom were a little small, I’m 5’11’’ and was too tall for it. There was a constant sound from what could have been a boiler that did keep me up at night. Host was responsive and polite though. Overall good stay. I’d recommend, but for slightly smaller people who don’t mind constant noise.”
