“Saluda Proper is a unique house transformed from some sort of storefront. It has a nice sized living area and a fun space on the lower level with a tv and pool table. The location is wonderful. The only downside is that it feels a little under-equipped, as if the owners don’t really use it. Sparse furnishings, bare cold floors, little on the walls. The kitchen had sufficient supplies but only two wine glasses, no corkscrew. It is in fact for sale so that probably accounts for the lack of……
