“Lovely apartment well decorated, on a quiet street which is great as all external noise can be heard. Very clean, staff polite, friendly and accommodating as was able to check in early and depart late. “We stayed for a week on the 4th floor half of us in premium and and other half in panoramic apartments in the block where front desk/reception is situated. The staff are what makes this place so good! Staff are fantastic, they go out of their way to help, and were very helpful prior to us arriving with our various queries, esp help with the mobility company. “Love the chill vibe in this hotel compared to what the craziness of Benidorm can bring . Another pleasant stay and would definitely recommend and come back to if in the area again . Saying that it does look a little more tired since we last visited two years ago, some of the rooms need refreshing and one of the rooms we booked had the patio doors all cracked ( which they changed rooms instantly, but they didn’t seem shocked to know either ) . ”
