“洗澡水超级小。床垫是塌的。睡的一边都陷进去。一点也不舒服。价格又贵。以后再也不住这家酒店。”

“The staff was very helpful and friendly. The building could use a service elevator. I cut my foot on the kick plate at the bottom of the door to our room. I asked the front desk for a bandaid, which they promptly got some for me. The General Manager saw my bleeding foot, and walked in by without saying a word to me. That was very disappointing and unprofessional. I've been in customer service roles for 25+ years and that was very disheartening. Luckily, it wasn't worse than it was. ”

“The room was a bit tight, but workable. There is no closet but lots of hanging room. The lighting is not the best outside but the bathroom makes up for it. Just a few blocks of a walk from Gaslamp central and Trolley station. The staff is the best- Chris and Bryan made my birthday weekend amazing!!! Most def will be returning! ”

“It’s a beautiful hotel and location. There are a lot of homeless people outside of hotel and sidewalks smell like urine.”

“Great hotel. Loved my stay. I would suggest having more larger tables available during breakfast as it was quite difficult to sit on low chairs with side tables to eat. Only detractor for the area was quite a lot of unhoused people around outside at night, which didn’t feel super safe.”

“Excellent location, spacious and comfortable room. The mattress and pillows are super comfortable, some of the best. The staff is super friendly. They even offer bicycles if you want to explore the area. Pet-friendly.”
