“Beautiful grounds, amazing animals, and great service by the pool. The dinner at Acre is amazing. The noise however was really loud under our treehouse, a few men were doing construction, so it was disappointing since we were looking forward to a relaxing stay. I was nervous to take an outdoor shower under the men. We moved rooms and it was better but the front staff seemed annoyed with the request.”

“The staff were very friendly and helpful.. the complimentary breakfast was very good with a lot of fresh options.. I would definitely recommend for location.. it was noisy outside because of the busy street close to the hotel, but when inside you could barely hear it.. I would get the rooms with the ocean view, it was worth the upgrade.”

“muy bien ubicado en la parte turística de San José, la comida muy rica del restaurante. Lo único que no me gustó es que no tengan la información clara en su anuncio y al llegar te cobren una propina obligatoria por haber reservado una habitación, (no es por algún tipo de servicio recibido) es simplemente por reservar una habitación. Nunca habia visto este tipo de propina obligatoria y sobre todo que no esté en su anuncio. ”

“Este hotel ha sido nuestro destino desde hace 5 años. Nos dieron un upgrade y nos dieron nuestro “early arrival”, pero nuestra habitación no estaba al 100%, pues encontramos un pastel a medio comer en el refrigerador, el servicio de café estaba sucio y lleno de azúcar, lo cual nos dio una mala impresión, y nos decepcionó. Claro, nos arreglaron el cuarto al pedirlo. No bajen la calidad y cuiden los detalles, y nos gusta mucho el hotel, pero estos detalles nos decepcionan. Eso si, todo lo demás……

“The trip was pleasant. The staff was nice and the show was great. The hotel facilities are a bit old. The toilet made a scream every time it was flushed, and the conditioner could not be squeezed out. I went to the front desk and told them that the conditioner could not be used. They replied that they would solve it immediately, but it was not solved the next day. After we found the room cleaner, she replaced a new bottle of conditioner for me. Overall, the evaluation is satisfactory.”
