“The hotel’s location is superb: in the middle of old San Juan. You are close to everything. It’s very basic accommodation but clean and with a very good air conditioner. The only problem is the noise from the street. You hear absolutely everything and it doesn’t stop till 3:00am. So, next time I would not request a room with a balcony ( it’s decorative and useless, you can’t sit there). Plus, they have a nice patio on the top floor ”

“We had a wonderful stay and great time in Old San Juan. The house was well equipped with all amenities (but bring your own laundry soap!) and very clean. The fresh smell was very welcoming. It was warm outside so the AC was great and a must have. Loved how the shutter doors/windows opened to the street. It was a very lively neighborhood with noise well into the night.. this did not bother us in the primary sweet and our daughter slept with ear plugs and slept great. Lots of space and storage……

“I would like to start by saying that the hosts are absolute gems. From prior to arriving, they gave suggestions, support and made us feel comfortable before getting there. That was a first and a blessing. Secondly, the property is just beautiful, immaculate, spacious with the privacy needed. The rooms are each special in their own way and to be honest, there was this super relaxed feeling most of us felt because of the ambiance. It was perfect, clean, walking distance to the stores, restaurants……

“I've never looked forward to writing a bad review until this one. I booked this last minute, but when I arrived at the location there was NO FRONT DESK (as per listing), and when I called the contact number I was informed the PROPERTY WAS ALREADY RENTED. I was told that they couldnt refund my money, and to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia, and they were NO HELP. They will not refund my money, claiming the PROPERTY OWNER has the money. “The property was ideally located near restaurants and within walking distance of the beach. Air conditioning doesn't keep the apartment cool and the water pressure is low.”
