“The house was a good launching pad for our time in Puerto Rico. We were thankful for the air conditioning in the sleeping areas during a hot and humid June! Mayra was very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed being able to use the grill (although the oven never did work during our stay) and having the coolers and beach chairs made our beach time even better. ”

“I had a delightful stay in a wonderfully convenient location. It was approximately 20 minutes from Old San Juan, 15 minutes from the beach, an hour from Luquillo in the East, and two hours from Aguadilla Beach in West. The location was ideal for a 3- to 5-day trip exploring the northern part of Puerto Rico. The host and the home were absolutely perfect, exceeding expectations. I was completely satisfied with the host's communication and would undoubtedly stay again if visiting Puerto Rico……

The bedrooms and bathrooms were all a nice size and there was a big common area with the living room, dining room, and outdoor space. “We had an amazing stay! My family stayed here for my wedding weekend and it was such a perfect retreat from all the craziness of the weekend. The outdoor space is truly an oasis. There was ample room for our group of 11. The casita in the back was perfect for the little extra privacy between our group. We had a small problem with the fridge and it was addressed immediately. Otherwise everything was perfect! The beach being a boo al and a half away was just the cherry on top!”

“Everything about this property was excellent – location couldn't be beat, the property was up-to-date and clean, air conditioners worked in the bedrooms, fans only in the main space, just be aware this is in the city so there are no windows in the bedrooms downstairs and minimal upstairs, you can open the portals in the windows in the front doors and natural lighting comes from the canopy ceiling in the patio. We loved our week in Puerto Rico.”

“Stay and location was great. Very clean and AC worked great. The management team was great to work with. We would stay there again even though when taking a shower the temperature of the water was either extremely very hot or cold the temperature was difficult to adjust.”

“The property is conveniently located and easy to access other points of interest in the area. The kitchen was well stocked, but did not have an oven which we did not realize, but it wasn't really an issue. The property manager addressed all of our concerns in a very timely manner. The furniture in the gathering area is very outdated and not designed for seating for more than 4 or 5 people. Other than that it was a wonderful visit. ”

“We were stranded in San Juan due to Delta’s IT issues and needed a place to stay for 5 days. This house was close to the beach, clean and cool and saved us while we were stranded. The property manager/owner communicated well and was very responsive. Overall, a great experience.”

“My family, which included three teenagers, stayed here, and overall it was a very nice apartment. It was very clean, and close to the different sites in San Juan that we wanted to go to. The neighborhood seemed a little dodgy at night time when we arrived- we walked to Calle Loiza for dinner, and there was just nobody walking on the streets, so we did feel a little nervous but it ended up being fine. Lots of people walking on Loiza, but the walk there was a bit awkward at night. The apartment is……

“We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful 3-bedroom home in San Juan! The house was spacious, clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Each bedroom was comfortable and well-appointed, and the common areas were perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.Highly recommend this place for families or groups of 3 looking for something other than a high-rise stay or apartment in Puerto Rico. ”

“The loveliest colonial style, eclectic art filled home in a quiet, residential area of Old San Juan. Haydee was a kind & informative host - I truly appreciated her thoughtful dining & cocktail recommendations & especially loved La Madre and St Germain Bistro. The verdant courtyard is the center & star of the home, so peaceful & welcoming. I’m a sucker for a great shower while traveling & I was not disappointed. The location was only a short walk to many places of interest, including Castillos……

“The building is run down, but don’t let that deter you. The condo is clean, adorable, and comfortable. The location is excellent, as you are close to the airport and literally one block from the beach. The outside of the building is a three out of 10 but the condo itself is a 10 out of 10!”

“Over all a good stay. Host was very easy going and got back with a reply quickly. The house gate was a little wacky. As you will see in other reviews but nothing major. ”
