“Secure property with oven, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, washer and dryer. Conveniently located less than 15 minutes to the airport, and about 15-20 from Old San Juan if the roads are busy. Walking distance from quite a few amazingly delicious restaurants and one block from a gas station. Great communication with the host, and highly recommend the recommended chef! She was great and the food was so amazing, giving a true piece of Puerto Rican cuisine.”

“This apartment was clean and convenient to the airport. It is as portrayed in the photos. The bed is okay and the bathroom features the world’s smallest sink. The one caution I must add is that the building is concrete and all sounds from the adjoining apartments are greatly amplified. This is due to no fault of the owner. Neighbors stayed up late talking and others woke at 4:40 am, coughing and talking, at what was probably normal volume but was magnified in the building. I had to use a white……

“Well appointed house. Terrific location 2 blocks from the main beach (which was beautiful).Inside Ocean Park, which is a gated neighborhood which has limited access from 6pm to 6am. A mild inconvenience, but probably worth it.A couple of nits: mattresses need to be replaced, so if you have a bad back (like me) then a potential concern. We experienced PR's recent island wide blackout (2 days). Generator works so no issues with power at the house. But it's loud and there is minimal sound……

“Our stay at this property was wonderful!! It was the perfect size for our group. We had a very short walk to the beach and also had no problems with driving or ubering. My only negative would be there were limited items stocked in the house. (The basics were there.) Our host, Ruben, was especially helpful and so very nice. I definitely would stay here again. ”

Toaster oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, washer/dryer live savers! Perfect 1st floor set up with 5 cousins ages 6-14 staying in bunk bed room with close bathroom/shower. “Our first trip to Puerto Rico our stay at Casa Lila was amazing. The ocean views from the bedroom balcony and rooftop were fabulous. The bedrooms decor was beautiful and the beds were comfortable.There is a spiral staircase to the upstairs that could be challenging from some.There is a couch that pulls out and small shower and toilet downstairs It is a short walking distance to historic area , shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend the owner was very responsive for any questions ”

“This was a spacious condo with three comfortable bedrooms and two full bathrooms that worked perfectly for our family of 5. Only one flight of stairs to the condo which made getting in and out to the beach easy and quick. The two beach chairs, umbrella, and beach towels provided were a huge help at the beach. The ocean here is literally turquoise and gorgeous!”

“From the photos I know I was going to like this place. My parents love historical buildings so I decided to rent this as a surprise for the last few days of our large family vacation. We were all stunned at how amazing this place was! To experience the history of this amazing town all while having spectacular accommodations, was truly a treat me and my family will never forget.
