“The reservation was done by a third party, when I got to the Apt it didn’t included washer & dryer. It was an unwelcome surprise.Everything else was good.”

“The place is just as described. Right on the beach in a lovely section of Isla Verde. The beach is great, there is a nice pool and the location is easy for restaurants and the super market. The view from the balcony is amazing and we enjoyed coffee there to start our day. Having a washer and dryer is a plus as well. Big bonus, cable TV. We have found most rentals don’t have cable so we were able watch the playoffs on the comfortable sofa after a day at the beach. Would surely stay there again.”

“A public beach is about 30 seconds from the front door. The apartment has a view of the beach (and ocean). The sound of the waves are audible at night.This location is not next to the big fancy hotels and resorts. The building is next to a gated, residential neighborhood. I have no idea why the gates are there. I saw no evidence of criminal activity. The area is generally upscale. We generally walked everywhere. More than a dozen bars and restaurants are within a 20-minute walk. We took Uber……

“We had an amazing trip the home was just as described the locals were the sweetest. Everything was great house was clean no complaints make sure you read the description 6 flights of stairs no elevator but we had no problems with that just be aware. Thank you for everything Garry ! ”

“First time in Puerto Rico and first time staying on an "urban beach". The beach was beautiful and much less crowded on our end than in front of the Fairmont and Royal Sonesta. The condo was next door to the public access though so there were a lot of local groups partying late into the evening on the holiday weekend. Surprised we could hear all the noise from the 18th floor but we're also not used to being in the city on vacation. It did quiet down during the week. The condo was very nicely……

“The room was a large size! The air conditioner worked wonderfully. Everything was very clean. The room had no window for a street view but there was a window for the patio area which was super cute. The location was perfect, I was able to stop at my room multiple times throughout the day for bathroom breaks or to drop/pick stuff up. I highly recommend this spot”
