“The property was centralized, we rented a car down the street from Sixt, though it wouldn’t have been needed, the property was nearby plenty of restaurants and and other hotels.I’d rate the property a 10 because of the location, price and cleanliness .”

“We had a short 2-day stay in this apartment. The apartment was as pictured, clean and very nice. The host was very communicative, she reached out when we arrived to make sure everything was in order and made herself easily available. I would definitely stay again here! ”

“We enjoyed our cute little apartment. It had exactly what we needed. Bonus that they had a cooler, beach chairs and towels we could use. It’s not in a tourist area, and parking is a little tough to find but it was clean, quiet, and air con was great. Bathroom was clean with decent water pressure and warm water. Our only issue was trying to communicate to get some water when we lost power. ”

“Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. ”

“Isabel was a fantastic host. She was easy to communicate with and she keeps a great place. The location is unbeatable. Great view of Isla Verde beach with easy access down to the sand and water, the coffee shop, bar and laundry areas on the property are great, and the building is in the perfect area right near plenty of restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay here again! ”

“ The view of the beach from the condo balcony was stunning. Of course we spent plenty of time on the beach. The property was also ideally situated within walking distance of several restaurants I had chosen before the trip and was surprised were so close. They included Mi Casita and El Bistro Cafe. A large grocery store was within two blocks of the condo building. We were able to get to a restaurant and back to the airport for our return trip using a public bus that we caught right out front on……

“We had a wonderful stay. The place was spotless and extremely well-maintained, which made us feel right at home. One of the best parts was how close it was to the beach—just a short walk away! The owner was very responsive and answered any questions we had quickly. We would definitely recommend this spot for a couple looking for a relaxing getaway.”

“While the parking space was tight, and took a few tries to get into, it was worth it! These apartments are so close to the beach! It is inside a gated community, and the parking and entrance access are also behind gates. The apartment was clean, the A/C worked well, and the kitchen had what we needed. The bedrooms had plenty of space and closet space, bath and beach towels included. There was plenty of hot water. The balcony was awesome for hanging out, listening to the ocean, and watching the……
