“The resort is facing to ocean and close to beach.the resort’s view is beautiful but the room wasn’t good as I feel 5 star resort could be ”

“The room service wasn’t that good, thy told us we can ask for room service but they told us that they don’t have that service. There was a leak in the room, so it was really slippery and my mom fall down and hit her head. The pool was really good, the people working there were really nice, the bar at the lobby was good too, I loved the access to the beach.”

“Great location and then pool Pirates for kids is awesome. The pool bar needs more employees, Francisco was great, customer service oriented and always happy. Thanks Francisco for your service. For management, needs to hire more Pool bar resources.”
