“I recently stayed at the Ciqala Hotel in Puerto Rico over the weekend and had a great experience. The room service was excellent—prompt and attentive to every detail. “The room service wasn’t that good, thy told us we can ask for room service but they told us that they don’t have that service. There was a leak in the room, so it was really slippery and my mom fall down and hit her head. The pool was really good, the people working there were really nice, the bar at the lobby was good too, I loved the access to the beach.”

“This apartment was the best place we have ever stayed. Ana the property manager was amazing to work with every step of the way, our family had a traumatic emergency during our stay and she eased our way throughout those tough times. Can not say enough good things about the place and the management, plus it was steps away from the beach.
