“Usually a good stay. The only odd thing this time was there were no wash clothes. Wr had to use hand towels, which is awkward. We stayed two nights so the morning after our first night I went to the office to ask for wash clothes. We got back that afternoon and there was one. There were two of us checked into the room. Not sure if we were supposed to share. My husband had to use a hand towel again. ”

“The property is well equipped and welcoming atmosphere from the very beginning of our stay. We loved a private patio and SPA with great view. There are many things to do around the place within 30min by car, San Diego Safari Park, Oceanside beach, Carlsbad Premium Outlet and a lot of breweries. You may feel a kitchen and table are king of small, however we were enjoying our dinner with full size table of the patio with BBQ grill. Additionally, the owner, Brad was supportive and very kind. “This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again.”

“Family of five, we were looking for a place in San Marcos for a few days. When we walked in the door we tried to book it for much longer. Unfortunately it was already booked. I would expect this place to booked solid because it is a great value. The hosts are extremely professional and timely with their communications. The view out back added a great element and the decor was excellent. I would book it again in a heartbeat. ”
