“Matt went above and beyond to not only make sure we had transportation from the airport to the hotel but he set us up with transportation to where we needed to go the next day. Seriously made my stay allllll that much more enjoyable and smooth sailing. Seriously couldn’t thank them enough. Even his kids are well mannered and helpful! “We love Belfor. This is our 3rd visit. This time construction in the room right next to us early in the morning was a problem. Very loud! I understand that it was a Monday - probably a low traffic day for the hotel. In fact I think we were the only guests. But as the only guests it would have been considerate to wait to work right next to our room. We’ll visit again but will be checking for ci structuring first. ”

“Lovely except the obvious problem being so close to the airport 😆✈️. Sometimes it sounds like they will land on the hotel. The doors don’t feel very secure, more like a bottom button style lock. But the staff is excellent, the breakfast wonderful and the hotel is shiny clean. ”

“As always the Hampton Inn by the San Jose airport was a pleasure to visit. The staff is always cheerful and helpful, the rooms are clean and quiet, and the facility is so close to the airport with shuttle service. It is my go to place when flying in or out of San Jose.”

“It was amazing thr rooms and beds so comfortable. The staff especially in the complimentary breakfast the food and fruit were the best, staff and cleaning staff so kind and helpful , these employees, Minor, Esteban y Raul in the breakfast went above and beyond to serve and please the guests! I will definitely pass on to friends and family and for sure return on another trip to Costa Rica! ”

“Absolutely beautiful property. Stunning views from pretty much every room. Our room has the mountain view. Breathtaking. Pool was small but perfect size since the hotel wasn't packed. Food was excellent! Room service excellent! Staff was excellent! Loved this place! ”

“This was a great place to stay for a night after arriving from a late flight. Safe parking. Staff was very nice. Breakfast & coffee were delicious. The manager said that Expedia hasn’t been notifying them of Expedia reservations. So our room with a private bath wasn’t available, but we were able to stay in a room w a shared bath. I don’t fault the hotel for this, as they said they asked Expedia to pause all reservations until it was resolved & they are continuing to book. ”
