“The property is in a great location and staff was wonderful in directions. The breakfast was like a 5 star hotel. The only issue I had was our room had no outdoor windows. We did have a fan.”

“Me preocupaba un poco el que alguien había dicho que su habitación fue ruidosa, pero definitivamente no fue el caso. No sé si tuvo que ver el que nos dieran una habitación en la sección más nueva del hotel, pero en ningún momento me pareció que la calle fuese ruidosa. El personal es excepcionalmente amable. Hubo un día en el que salimos de madrugada para una excursión (algo común) y nos tenían un lunch preparado para el camino. También alguien puso que no había secadora de pelo en las……

“Very nice staff, beautiful property and great food options. BUT the wifi doesn’t work in the rooms, no hot water in the evenings or mornings. Very clean rooms and helpful staff (especially with transportation) though.”

“Mon séjour à La Llave s’est super bien déroulé. L’emplacement était parfait, on pouvait marcher pour visiter les points d’intérêt de Cuzco. L’hôtel offrait un petit déjeuner le matin qui était bon et complet. Le personnel était vraiment gentil et serviable. Elles nous ont offert du mate de coca dès notre arrivée et étaient très attentionnées durant notre séjour. ”

“Great location and quality. service. Breakfast with many varieties and tasty in comparing with many other hotels. The only problem was that the room offered is on ground floor even lowered with the road outside. Besides, its window is in close proximity to road side with busy traffic, hence noisy and without privacy if the window was opened.”

“Cool hotel layout - was a little far from the main square, but walkable - noisy until 11pm/midnight with the restaurant in the middle of all the rooms”

“-Location is good, right next to the Plaza de Armas. Many restaurants, travel agencies, money exchanges nearby. -Clean and tidy -Breakfast is satisfactory -Bed is hugeeee, which made the room is too small:( -Wifi is weak, weak, weak -Water temperature and flow is ok -No fridge for the standard room ”
