“The unit was well equipped and had everything needed…wish the beds were more comfortable but that is to be expected. The building was right on the beach, and the pools were nice. “My immediate family, in laws, and our two dogs stayed here at the end of September. The house needs a DEEP cleaning. We had to ask housekeeping to come back and clean the bathrooms and floors when we first arrived. The ceiling fans, outdoor furniture, light fixtures etc need a good dusting/cleaning. “Overall the property was good. Plenty of room, lots of pots, dishes, utensils, etc. my main complaints were that the front screened porch was covered in bugs and dirt. The fabric shower curtain in the master bathroom had mildew all over the bottom, and on the second morning a bunch of black stuff came out of the overhead vent and all over the bed In one of the other bedrooms. It was not dust. Thankfully our friends had already gotten up before that happened. . ”
