“House size and amenities were exceptional. Croatan is a beautiful neighborhood with many lovely homes. Enjoyed a very functional deck grill, fully stocked kitchen and some of the beach amenities, especially the chairs. Unfortunate that the beach had heavy seaweed and presence of jelly fish larvae. Made the 5 minute drive to Virginia Beach which was clean of both elements in the water.”

The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access.
