The only complaint I have is that there are a bunch of hidden fees upon arrival. When I received my final bill after check out I was a little disappointed. What they don’t tell you is there are extra daily resort fees, daily parking fees, daily destination fees, and a bunch of other daily taxes. ”

“We had a wonderful time in our cabin! It was very clean and had everything we needed. This is more of a "simple" stay so don't expect a ton of frills but the ac was cold, the little sitting area by the canal was nice to sit at, and the guest passes to the Cabana Club were so nice to use for a pool and beach day. It is a great cental location as well. The management was so responsive and kind as well. Amazing budget-friendly stay in the heart of the keys! ”

“Basic accommodations, nothing fancy, the property is showing its age. The toilet paper holder had fallen off the wall and the paper was on the back of the toilet. However, the room was clean, the a/c worked fine, the bed was comfortable, and the property is a lower-priced alternative to the high-priced hotels in Key West.
