“Checking-in and was welcomed by incredibly friendly staff. Checking-in was easy, key card access to all the rooms and elevators made us feel very safe around the building. The room was modern with a good view of downtown, bathroom doors were a pain to deal with as they didn’t close completely. The bed was not very comfortable and they left us with very little blankets. Overall great experience having a restaurant and bar, and good cafe on the main level. Would come back again! ”

“Dining selections were limited, especially if staying several days. It was -22 so eating in was more attractive than going out. Food was good just wish there were more dinner choices! Staff were awesome! The phone in my room was caked in dust don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time. Mattresses don’t fit bed frames which was odd. All in all a quiet stay with polite and responsive staff. ”

“This hotel has been renovated and is quite nice. The bathtub drains well, however, toilet a little sluggish when flushing. Breakfast was good and was in a good location for my business. Didn't use the pool or fitness room.”
