“Our room and entire floor smelled of possible mildew and/or water damage. The shower drain was broken so we had to put something to keep it lodged open. And significant mold stains in restroom.
Was not aware the hotel is going through major construction. Only 1 elevator was working. Construction workers and tools are loud. No pool. No gym. No lobby. Won't be finished for a long time.
Staff was super nice and helpful. 10 stars for them.”
