“This property was beautiful. The hotel pays close attention to detail. The pool area is lovely and so are the pool bar staff. They clearly take a lot of pride in their landscaping. The food offerings at the hotel are quite basic, but there are several fantastic options nearby. I wish we could have stayed longer! This is truly an oasis. ”

“The Hotel Capela das Arte is a refuge from the overcrowded and noisy Albufeira - peaceful and serene. The former Olive Mill converted to boutique hotel is beautifully designed with vintage furniture tastefully arranged. The lovely pool coupled with the specimen Olive Trees is quite lovely. Our host, Julie was fabulous! Breakfast is amazing. ”

“Casabella hotel is in a beautiful location. It’s a shame that the condition of the property the service and lack of amenities does not warrant their room rate. The bed was so hard my husband and I were sore the next day. No coffee in the room or room service. We felt like we had to beg for ice. I would not go back. ”

“I would give this hotel a mixed review. Lots of great things overall though: good food and drinks, beautiful interior and grounds, love the easy access to beach and the yard with beach chairs, wonderful salon and spa. Our room was so disappointing though. The hotel has a very luxurious feel, but it’s an instant let down when you enter your room. The mattress was so hard and uncomfortable, old flat pillows, only instant coffee, no face cloths. It just felt like a very basic and cheap hotel room. ”
