“Local bonito, acomodações espacosas”

“The staff were friendly. The hotel was fine. I could stay there again. However, there is room for improvement. I reserved a room with a river view. My room had a farm view with cows and horses. I complained, the front desk told me my room was not supposed to have the river view. I have never been in a hotel where we are required to wear a swim-cap to get into a Jacuzzi. We do not swim in a jacuzzi, our head does not get into the water in the jacuzzi and yet, we are required to pay for a swim……

“Casabella hotel is in a beautiful location. It’s a shame that the condition of the property the service and lack of amenities does not warrant their room rate. The bed was so hard my husband and I were sore the next day. No coffee in the room or room service. We felt like we had to beg for ice. I would not go back. ”

“Perfect location with easy walking access to all. Theres a delicious inexpensive restaurant right across the street. Other restaurants you can walk to as well, and the town is perfect and not too crowded and overrun, like some of the other Algarve areas. The beach and Algar Seco are approx 10minutes walk away. The room was clean and had all the amenities we needed. the room has an air conditioning unit. Very nice terrace just outside the room. The room is Nicely updated and attractive looking.……

“Everything is perfect. The reception welcome us and show the hotel amenities around and the the gentleman is so nice while I was checking out The breakfast time is a bit crowds because of the Oceanside tables but we sit there two days (staff there will try to arrange those tables for you) and the food is nice with many choices. Just one note when I leave a message through th QR code so they can deliver extra needs to the room, they did in the first time and miss the second message. 4.5 stars……
