“Staff was very nice and helpful”

“The air conditioner either did not work or they didn't have one which made it difficult to sleep that's my only negative probably in typical weather and not having air in Pismo wouldn't be an issue but it was hot”

“Friendly staff. Very close proximity to the beach, pier, shopping and restaurants. Once we checked in and parked our car we didn't use it the rest of our trip until we left. We walked around so much and loved that we didn't have to go looking for parking because it was that close!! We were both able to have drinks and not have to worry about driving or who'd be the sober driver. Our room was spacious, it had a king size bed, a microwave and a refrigerator with freezer. “The bed sheet connected to the bed is full of hair. I asked front desk to help me change the sheet, and then they gave me two sheet which is new and clean. Then I compared them, and find that the one on my bed is green, old, and dirty. The towel there is also dirty, which has soap remaining on.”
