“This place was amazing! Friendly staff, good food, proper drinks, clean room, everything. The only downside is that you cannot get drinks that are not on their menu, but that's okay they have a variety of options that were wonderful.”

“Amazing view, bed was ok, breakfast was awesome, Only negative in my opinion they charge you a 1euro "optionnal" donation to a charity, awkward to say no when the bill is already printed”

“Overall a good experience. Our room was upgraded to a junior suite upon arrival which was a nice touch however a night there was a lot of noise until late as well as early in the morning. I’m not sure if this was due to location of the room (being on first floor and above the dining room/kitchen). It was difficult to sleep, especially if you’re a light sleeper.”

All of the staff were extremely helpful & friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was wonderful & breakfast was a delicious choice of fresh & cooked food. We would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely be back. It was my partners birthday while we were in Madeira & despite us not announcing this in any way, he was presented with a birthday……
