“Although we were at Paddler’s Rest briefly, we would return again to enjoy all of the amenities. The private sandy beach, indoor game room, and free use of kayaks and canoes were a huge bonus. The refrigerator in the motel room was sizable. The staff were welcoming and quick to give us dining suggestions.”

“Cabin is awesome, well appointed and comfortable. High ceiling makes it feel roomy even though it is small, and ingenious layout has separate spaces for everything, which is nice if you want to rise early to see sunrise but your partner wants to sleep in. I loved it so much. Really dark when I arrived—if the exterior light had been on when I got there and maybe one interior one, this would have been a flawless stay. Owner kindly helped me get sorted, but I felt bad bugging her so late. Would……

“We stayed over the Fourth of July holiday. The apartment has an awkward layout with both bathrooms being only accessible from the living area.Everything is old and well used. Mattresses are not comfortable, etc. The shower had mold in the corners, but everything functioned.This unit is located on the 3rd floor with a lot of stairs to get to it. That is really not stated clearly. If you have mobility issues, I would think twice.It is located in an excellent part of town, walking distance to all……

We went with friends to introduce our kids to one of our favorite spots and everyone had a wonderful experience in this spacious and comfortable house. The kitchen is really well equipped. The best part was the hosts! Kathy and Kirk were very easy to work with and were extremely accommodating of some of our changes, which we really appreciated. They also gave us suggestions of things to see and do. We would stay here again. ”
