“Run by the kindest people (and friendliest cats!) in all of Salem, and could not possibly be more centrally located! You can walk everywhere from here, and you have a front row seat to any events in the square - it's literally right across the street. Parking in Salem is at a premium, and we are driving a crew cab truck to make it even worse, but Matt went WELL above and beyond to make sure we got a great spot. Do note - it's a lovely old house, but like most old houses, it does have steps, ……

“This is a very beautiful, old style property, well kept and well cared for. At first we were worried about the check in process since we do not have internet while travelling, but it worked out well (it is provided by the property once you get there). They are constantly monitoring your needs and responding properly. We struggled with air conditioning, which was very high on a fairly cool day when we arrived, but the instructions worked out fine. Small bathroom, but there is an ante-bathroom……

“Lovely hotel right in the center of everything. Loved the modern, quirky (in a good way) decor mixed with the traditional style of the historic building. Place was very clean, well-appointed (hair dryer, robes, iron, soaps/lotions, glassware, cork screw, water in the rooms) with a lovely sitting area and well-stocked kitchenette. Front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Would absolutely visit again.”
