“Pls don’t pick this hotel if u expect u can have hotel normal service. They are digital hotel with no reception, no housekeeping from 1pm to other day morning. U they don’t expect u need a glass, or a fork and they won’t provide them in the room. To their suggestion, as a digital hotel, I think u should let your customer get those they need in a digital way, say self service counter for necessary. I didn’t get the digital key email before my check in. Lucky that I arrived a bit early before……

“Für die Unterkunft spricht ganz klar die Lage. Auch an Freundlichkeit und Sauberkeit gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Die Parkplatzsituation ist fast immer mau in Egmond. Was uns nicht gefällt ist das Frühstück: Ja, es ist eigentlich alles da und auch frisch, aber die Auswahl ist gering und jeden Tag gleich. Auf Wünsche wie laktosefreien Joghurt wurde nicht mal reagiert. Schade.”

“Check in is remote, if you don’t have wifi (service) you won’t be able to get in. Customer service also can’t be reached if you have no connection, luckily the business next door was open and they granted us access to their wifi. There are few dining options near by but there is a small convenience store next door. The location is perfect to visit Zaanse Schans. It would be great if you could rent a bike at this location. “A lot of Garden furniture was stored outside on the balcony of my room. Not a really nice view, but at the beginning of February it wasn't really disturbing either”

“Beautifully renovated historic building with beautiful garden and a top-notch restaurant. The new lift is especially good, saving us the effort to wrestle luggages up the steep stairs typically of older Dutch buildings. Quiet surroundings at the historic city center. Very nice and helpful staff. Oh, and the breakfast is well worth the money. Everything is tasty.”

“I recently stayed at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Zeeduin, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely unbeatable—just steps from the beach!
