“The perfect getaway spot! Tucked away on a pond hidden in the thick woods of Plymouth, this charming cottage was perfect for a weekend getaway! The pictures don't do their justice of how gorgeous this place is! The best is watching the sun set every evening during our stay! Gas, food, restaurants and stores are only a couple of minutes away. As well, Plymouth is only 15 minutes away! There is plenty to do in the area! But for a couples getaway, it was perfect for us to venture or stay in! Make……

“It was a sad trip as we were dropping our daughter off for college. So it was a blessing to have this central location to be easy to check into to, keep clean, and feel safe. We were spooked out at the basement it that’s cause we do not have basements where we live. We let the horror stories about basements get the better of us. But that lasted like 60 minutes. Haha. I would rent this again. ”

“This was a beautiful and comfotable place to stay for the weekend of the Boston marathon. I stayed here with my 2 young kids and my parents. We all were very pleased with our stay here. The kids loved the games and the fences in yard. We also enjoyed a short 20 minute walk to the beach to collect rocks and sea shells. “This little cottage has a perfect location on Wollaston Beach right behind Tony’s Clam Shop. Walking distance to the water as well as a playground for kiddos. Back yard is fairly nice but not fenced and had some glass and nails about, so keep shoes on the little ones! Though hosts were otherwise prepared with a pack and play and high chair, which our family appreciated juggling multiple babies for the family reunion. Kitchen was great to cook in and the back porch was lovely for morning coffee……

“The cottage has a great location with a fantastic porch that overlooks the bay. This is the number one highlight where you can sit and overlook the moon, the waves, and not see the neighbors. Inside the main floor has great open space with tons of room and a nice large table. The kitchen is small but has all of the essentials that you need. Upstairs there is a bathroom with a stall shower and a second bathroom with a tub/shower and washer/dryer. The four bedrooms are upstairs and all but……

The host was very responsive and friendly, everything was clean and well-maintained, and it was the perfect amount of space for our small family. The small kitchen had everything we needed, window units easily handled the summer heat, and the location was quiet but within easy distance of everything we had planned. 10/10 would recommend.”

“This is a beautiful location with a very peaceful scene off the back porch and dock. I found the property to be well appointed and in good working order. We enjoyed the stay very much. Don’t sleep with the windows open if you don’t like the sounds of marsh field nature and a nearby commuter rail line which runs frequently. “This beach house was perfect for our family! Scituate is a cute little town and about an hour train ride into Boston. The house was clean and well stocked. The kids loved being on the ocean, climbing the rocks/exploring, and the hot tub (and of course the treats in the welcome basket :) Bob was great at communicating. Thanks for a great stay! ”
