“Front desk unfriendly. Never smiled once. Housekeeper walked into my unit. I had my do not disturb sign on my door handle. Room was very dusty. AC went in & out. Loved the room size & that it had a kitchen. Staff needs to be more friendly & housekeeping shouldn't just walk in your room without knocking first. I was getting up to answer the door& he was walking right in. Property itself was beautiful & quiet.”

“Lisa was one of the best host we’ve had by far! Open communication so there was no confusion she even called me to make sure our accommodations were good before our arrival.
